Process For Universal Travel Pass Download
Individual staff members can log in to the system after their mobile no is updated in the portal. He/she needs access to her mobile in order to log in to the web portal. He/she will get an SMS regarding their log-in information on his/her mobile phone.

- Step II: Now, the portal will open. Click on the “Universal Travel Pass” link as shown on the top left of the page.
- Step III: Now, click on the “Register your Establishment” link.
- Step IV: Now, the registration form will open on the screen. You need to fill in all the details correctly in the space provided.
- Step V: Do not forget to fill in the mandatory fields, agree to the declaration and click on the “Register” button.
- Step VI: Finally registration will be completed and the request will be forwarded for approval.
Registration for a Business
Establishments can register for universal pass through the portal of the Disaster Management department of Maharashtra Govt. This registration is a one-time activity and it requires SPOC (Single Point of Contact) details. The SPOC will be responsible for the authenticity of the data provided.
Once the registration is complete it will go for a review to the Disaster Management Authority and based on the application and criteria it will be granted or rejected. After the application registration is successful one can log in to the portal with their username and password provided.
The establishment after successful registration can include the names and required details of their employees so that travel passes can be generated for them. The SPOC is responsible for uploading the correct and genuine data to the portal.
The registration is usually done by the SPOC who is also referred to as the Coordinator and the Chief coordinator can assign multiple coordinators in the portal to do various jobs. Establishments can upload the names and other details directly to the portal or upload an excel sheet with the prescribed format.
Individual Registration for Universal Pass
Once all the names and other detail of employees are uploaded successfully, each individual can log in to generate their respective travel pass online. Individuals will get an OTP to their registered mobile no to log in to the portal. After logging in he/she can upload his/her photograph and van generate the universal travel pass.
Print and carry the generated travel pass to travel without any restriction across the state. The travel pass has a unique QR code that can be scanned and the details can be verified by different authorities in trains, and buses.
